We all feel overwhelmed or anxious from time to time and sometimes we may not be able to shake those uncomfortable feelings. When that occurs just remember 4-7-8. Breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds, then hold for 7 and finally exhale through your mouth for the count of 8 and repeat once more.
